The credit card you have on file will be charged immediately following the conclusion of this auction.
We charge a 12% buyer’s premium. This means that if you successfully win an item with a $100 bid, you will be charged $112 plus applicable sales tax. There is no additional credit card fee for this auction. Likewise, there is no discount to be had by arranging for an alternate payment method.
Payment Instructions
Payment for your purchase is due at the conclusion of this auction. We will charge the card you have on file. If you need to pay another way, arrangements must be made prior to bidding.
Tax exempt buyers should contact us prior to 2:00 P.M. on the day of the auction close to avoid paying sales tax. You will need to email a completed MN ST3 form to info@mnauction.com. If you do not receive confirmation that we have received your ST3, please call us at (952) 322-9199.
A 12% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
Item Removal Instructions
All buyers must schedule a removal appointment. See auction details for removal times.
Successful buyers will receive a link from Shipping Saint to schedule their removal time. This link will be sent via email and text message. Please make sure that you are using a valid email address and phone number.
Shipping Saint is a software that we utilize. Communications sent through shipping saint are between the buyer and MNauction staff.
Failure to remove items within 5 days of the Removal date will result in you forfieting your item without a refund. Exceptions can easily be made for buyers that communicate with us. It is best to do so prior to bidding. Buyer's failing to remove their items during the scheduled removal time frame may also be assessed fees for storage or relocation.

Shipping Instructions
A Pack-and-Ship Service is available for small items.
Auction items often do not come with their original packaging. It takes a great deal of effort to ensure that your items arrive safely. Shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks plus delivery time.
We charge for the shipping label, materials, and labor.
To request the Pack-and-Ship Service:
- Indicate that you want shipping via post auctions email from Shipping Saint
- Through our app or MNauction.com, verify that your invoice is paid (if not, pay it)
- We will pack your items and send you a separate invoice for shipping
- Pay the shipping invoice
- We will send you your package
We are unable to combine the purchase of your item with your Pack-And-Ship invoice. If you use the service, you will have 2 invoices.

By bidding on this auction you agree that it is your responsibility as the buyer to determine the condition, authenticity, and value of an item. We recommend that you attend the public inspection. Everything is sold AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees.
MNauction will do its best to accurately describe items but makes no representations. Under no circumstances shall MNauction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MNauction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value.
Internet Bidding
MNauction is providing internet only bidding for this auction. This service may or may not function properly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any kind of claim against MNauction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. MNauction is not responsible for missed bids or inaccurately entered bids.
MNauction reserves the right to stop or pause and restart the auction in the event that any internet service, server, or other service should malfunction or otherwise disrupt the closing of this auction.
MNauction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Some items may sell subject to seller confirmation. The reserve may drive the bidding on some items. This is not an absolute auction unless specifically stated in the auction heading.
