There is a $1 off (charged to sellers) and $1 on (charged to buyers) loading fee to use the skid loader onsite.
We accept cash or check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express for a 4% Convenience Fee.
Everything will be sold “as is, where is” with no Guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
The bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by them immediately following their winning bid. They are therefore advised to guard their items from damage or theft. No adjustments will be made for missing or damaged items.
The auctioneer reserves the right to resell items in the event of a tie bid. Tie bids are rare, but happen. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct or actions adversely affect the auction.
